When you are in a relationship, and especially if you live together, your habits, healthy or otherwise, are bound to influence your partner’s habits. Likewise, his habits will rub off on you. The habits of the most domineering personality will probably take over both people, but ultimately the level of healthy living in the home will be a combination of both of your habits and preferences. You need to be aware of that, because when you aren’t, that’s how you wind up accidentally gaining 30 pounds, or unintentionally drinking twice as much alcohol as recommended. You can either be a team, or each other’s downfall. So, do you and your partner influence one another’s health for better, or for worse?
